All units get a major systems check in my shop for proper operation. The very first time you use your RV ...if there is a problem with any on the major systems (ex furnace, awning, slide outs, A/C, hot water tank, fridge) you would pay the first $200 of repair and I would cover the rest. Any small items like light bulbs, catches, latches, etc are your responsibility. Having said that..you should have no issues with your new unit. But problems do arise from time to time in between me checking them out and you using it for the first time. I'll do my best to make you happy. Anything that fails on it after the first time you check it out would be your responsibility. Thx!!
